Prices and opening hours
The Lock Climbing Wall is open all year-round and can be accessed by both individuals and groups depending upon the levels of competency you hold. All visitors wishing to climb and /or belay unsupervised at The Lock are required to complete a registration form and accept our terms of use prior to using the wall.

If you are an adult with limited climbing experience you may wish to consider doing one of our Learn to climb courses. Young children can be taught by our instructors from 5 years old as part of a bespoke session or alternatively they can take part in our NICAS sessions from 7 years old.

**Off-peak charges apply Monday-Friday 10am – 4pm (except bank holidays). Concession entry is only valid during off-peak times, upon provision of valid student card, ESA etc.
*** A Young Person is anyone under 18 years old.
****A Family Climb includes entry for 2 Adult Members and 2 Children (Without kit hire).
