Our customers are in safe hands.

We have worked hard throughout the pandemic to ensure that our centres are as safe as possible for our customers.
Now that the government has now removed the remaining COVID-19 restrictions in England the following steps will remain in place, to keep you safe:

Our buildings and facilities will be ventilated as much as possible, to let fresh air in
Hand sanitiser stations will remain in place at key locations around our sites and activity areas
Public areas will be cleaned frequently and thoroughly

In addition, we will ask our customers to:

Wash their hands fully on arrival, in-between activities and before meals
Bring their own bedding and bedlinen, including duvets/sleeping bags and pillows
Only use the showers and toilets assigned to them for the duration of their stay
Please respect other people’s space when using the toilets and showers
