Lowland Leader Award - Assessment

This two day course assesses candidates on their ability to lead groups on day walks in lowland countryside and woodland environments.

The assessment is the next step for lowland leaders who have completed training and are ready to achieve the Lowland Leader Award. Candidates will need to demonstrate their ability in leading groups in summer conditions and will be assessed on key skills, such as group management, mapwork, emergency procedures, hazards and more.
