Directions:

From A12 Northbound (Chelmsford): Turn off at junction 27 for Colchester Central/A133. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards A133/Town Centre, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit towards A134, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit up the hill and under the bridge, at the next roundabout take the 1st exit and get straight into the right lane to Mersea. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the B1025 towards Mersea, follow this road for approximately 9 miles. Cross onto Mersea Island via the Strood and take the left road on the fork towards East Mersea/Vineyard. Take the 3rd turning on the right, at the sign for Mersea Centre for Outdoor Learning. Follow the lane between farm buildings and down to the bottom of the hill, past the Vineyard.

From A12 Southbound (Ipswich): Turn off at junction 29 for Colchester onto the A120/A1232. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Ipswich Rd/A1232, follow this road through the lights and straight over the next 2 roundabouts. At the next roundabout turn right, go over the bridge and at the roundabout turn left into Brook St. At the top of the hill go straight over at the next 2 lights, at the end of the road turn left onto Mersea Rd and follow this road for approximately 8 miles. Cross onto Mersea Island via the Strood and take the left road on the fork towards East Mersea/Vineyard. Take the 3rd turning on the right at the sign for Mersea Centre for Outdoor Learning. Follow the lane between farm buildings and down to the bottom of the hill, past the Vineyard.

Parking: The centre has ample parking with spaces for coaches and disabled access. There is an overflow car park if needed.
